What we hold, and where it goes

Your name. Only so the report has something to call you.

Your birth date, birth time, birth timezone, and optionally your gender.These are what the chart is calculated from. The birth time can be left as "unknown", and the reading then runs on three pillars instead of four. If you enter a lunar date we keep both it and the solar date it converts to, so the report can show you the date you actually recognise.

Your email address. To send you the link to your report.

The moment you agreed to immediate delivery. A timestamp, recorded when you tick the box at checkout, because that tick is what waives the usual right to cancel and we should be able to show when it happened. See the refund policy.

A record of the purchase — the payment identifier, the amount, and whether it succeeded.

Card details never reach us. Payment is handled by PortOne and PayPal. Their form is theirs; what comes back to us is a payment identifier and a status.

No analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels. There are none on this site — not for us and not for anyone else.

No cookie is set for you.Reading this site and buying a report both leave your browser as they found it. The one cookie this site can set is a sign-in session for its own operator at the admin address, which you will never see. The web font is served from our own domain rather than from Google's, so opening a page does not tell a third party you did.

Your IP address is not stored in our database. Our host, Cloudflare, does see it in order to serve the request and keeps it briefly in request logs, as every web host does. We do not copy it into our own records and nothing here is keyed to it.

This is the part worth reading carefully, because it is the part that surprises people.

Your report is written by a large language model. We send the chart calculated from your birth details — the four pillars, the five element counts, the luck cycles and the other derived facts — to Anthropic (Claude). If that call fails, the same material goes to Google (Gemini) as a fallback.

Your birth date and birth time themselves are not written into that request; what travels is the chart computed from them. Your given name is sent only for reports written in Korean, where the text addresses you by name. Reports written in English are produced without it.

Your email address is never sent to either provider.

Both providers are bound by their own terms for API traffic. If you would rather no version of your chart reached them, the honest answer is that we cannot produce a report for you — writing it is what the request is for.

Four other companies process data on our behalf, each for one job: Supabase stores the database, in the United States (us-east-1, North Virginia); Cloudflare hosts and serves the site; Resend sends the email with your link; and PortOne — with PayPal — takes the payment.

That means your details are stored in the United States, wherever you are reading this from.

We do not sell anything to anybody, and nothing here is shared for advertising.

Indefinitely, unless you ask us to delete it. We would rather say that plainly than name a retention period we do not enforce: there is no scheduled deletion in this system today, and a report you paid for is one we would rather still be able to hand you in a year.

Two things about the links. The private link to your report does not expire — it is the thing you bought. The copy of that link sent by email carries its own token that stops working after thirty days, because an inbox is forwarded, synced and inherited in ways a purchase is not.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deleting it removes the report as well — it is written about the birth details, so there is no way to keep one and not the other.

This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect anything from a child. If you believe a child has given us their details, write to the address above and we will delete them.

If what we do changes, this page changes with it. It describes the system as it actually runs rather than as a category of service, so a change in one is a change in the other.
