Refunds
If the report is not written, you get all of your money back
A purchase here buys one thing: a report, written for your birth chart and opened at a private link a few minutes later. If that does not happen, the payment bought nothing and it is returned in full.
What counts as a failure
Your payment went through and the report never reached the point of being ready to read.
The system tries twice. If the second attempt does not produce a report that passes the checks every report has to pass, your purchase is marked as owed a refund and an alert reaches us within minutes. You do not have to notice it first, and you do not have to ask.
Refunds are issued by hand rather than automatically, back to the PayPal account or card you paid with. A person looks at what happened before the money moves, which is slower and is the reason it is worth writing to us if anything looks wrong.
A finished report cannot be returned
Every report is written for one birth chart and is produced in full within minutes of payment. There is no preview portion and nothing held back for later — by the time the link opens, you have received all of what you paid for.
That is why a completed report is not refundable. It is not a subscription to stop and not an object to send back, and it cannot be un-read. This is the ordinary rule for digital content that is delivered immediately, and it is the trade for getting the whole thing at once instead of waiting.
A reading is for self-reflection. Disagreeing with what it says is not a fault in the delivery, and we would rather say so here than imply otherwise and argue about it later.
If you are in the UK or the EU
You normally have 14 days to cancel something bought online. Digital content is the exception when it is supplied straight away and you agreed to that happening.
So we ask at the moment it matters, and we ask for a tick rather than assuming one. Before you can go through to payment, there is a box to check, and this is what it says:
Paying starts your report immediately and it is delivered in full within minutes. You are asking us to begin straight away and accepting that you lose the right to cancel once we do. If the report is never written, you are refunded in full.
The button stays inactive until it is checked, so nobody agrees to this by not noticing it. If the report is never written, none of this applies and the first section is what governs.
Asking for a refund
Write to pupu4372@gmail.com from the address you bought with, and say what you bought and roughly when. That is the whole procedure — there is no form.
We reply within 5 business days. A refund we agree to goes back through PayPal to the account or card you paid with; how long it then takes to appear is between PayPal and your bank, usually a few days.
If you were charged and no report ever arrived, write even if you are not certain what went wrong. That is exactly the case this policy exists for.
Questions about anything else on this page go to the same address. Back to the reports.
